Alex Neve

 

Alex Neve started writing short stories as a child and has been reading YA books since she was a teenager. She has a BA in English Literature and studied languages and linguistics, mythology—especially Celtic, Norse, and Egyptian folklore and legends—and creative writing. She’s used this knowledge to build her own fantastical world in Painting Flowers and Fantasies, her first book. She’s currently writing the next edition of The Lost Changeling series.

When not writing, Neve works as a bookseller at Canada’s largest book retailer, Indigo, where she’s also immersed in stories. When she’s not speed reading through two books a day, she’s gaming, dancing, scrapbooking, and playing chess. She lives in Montréal, Québec, with her very shy husband and two cats with separation anxiety.
